MAQ Series Electric Actuator
MAQ series electric actuator made by MORC control company provides the most reasonable solution of automate controller. It has advantage of stable performance, high protection, compact size, high concentration and long lifespan, can be controlled in the field and remote. It fit for 90° rotary valves such as ball valve, butterfly valve, damper and others, can meet various requirements of pipe controlled.
MAQ has all kinds of actuator provides torque range with 60Nm~3000Nm in Electricity, Petroleum, Chemicals, Metallurgy, Water treatment, Papermaking, Shipbuilding, Building Automation etc.
Characteristic
1. Shell: Aluminum Alloy coating with hard anodic oxidation and polyester. IP67 (NAMUR 4 & 6 )certificated, fit for all hazardous environment.
2. Motor: Special squirrel-cage motor provides large starting torque and can reach peak quickly. Built-in over-heating protection and overland protection. It has the advantage of high output effificiency, high accuracy, low noise and compact size.
3. PCU: Stable micro-processor with one-button automatic calibration and self-adjustment provides simple installation and debugging.
4. Sealing: Double O-ring for bi-directional sealing.
5. Hands Operation: Hands operation and automatic operation can be changed by simply pull the clutch shaft (clutch shaft return automatic to auto-operation when power-on). The size of hands operator is designed according to the needed torque, can operator easily and quickly.
6. Gear and auto equipment: Equip with twin worm shaft and two stage gear reducing box can prevent valve reverse and make sure valve stroke under controlled. High efficiency and low noise.
7. Limit switch: High accuracy enable users adjust valve stroke range simply.
8. Torque switch: Valve and Actuator can be protected when torque overload.
9. Anti-condensation heater: Power on when ambient temperature under 20ºC±3ºC, power off when temperature above 30ºC ± 3 ºC.
10. Stop screw: Stop screw limits the motion of actuator from two sites to prevent worm and gear separating.
11. Indicator: Indicator enable users accurately monitor vale stroke in the field.
12. Terminal Blocks: Pressured by spring fit for high vibration environment. Plug and play for simply installation.
13. Wiring: Clear internal wiring, easy to install.
14. Connection shaft: Connection Shaft can be taken apart from actuator. The mounting bases on ISO5211 standard.
15. Lubrication: CIATM221 is used in all gears and shafts, can avoid lubrication and maintain for five years.
